How it works if you are not in Miami
I live in Miami, so if you are somewhere between Brickell and Fort Lauderdale we can sit at a whiteboard once we know we're a fit. If you are in Boca Raton or further north the sessions run on video, and the work doesn't change, we take the decision you are stuck on, an architecture call, build or buy, a technical hire, a review before a raise or a sale, and I tell you what I would do.

Why a founder brings me in
Usually the product has customers and the big technical calls get made by the founders on their own, because a full-time CTO is an executive salary plus equity and it's too early for that. At Growth-X I was the CEO and also the one writing the code, I built one of the first LinkedIn outreach platforms myself, we got to 500+ B2B clients with zero outside funding and a team of 20, and I sold it in June 2025. If your engineers are in Latin America
If your developers are in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina or Mexico I run the architecture review, the code review or the hiring interview with them directly in Portuguese or Spanish, I work in English and Italian too, so nobody has to translate it for you after. Florida is on the same working day as São Paulo, Bogotá, Buenos Aires and Mexico City, within an hour or two. More on that on the Miami page.

My price is the same anywhere in Florida. One session a month is $295, a session every other week is $545 and a session every week is $995 a month, the weekly plan with WhatsApp and email between sessions. Is there a Spanish or Portuguese speaking fractional CTO in Florida?
Yes, I'm based in Miami and I work in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. If your engineers are in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina or Mexico I run the reviews and the hiring interviews with them in their own language. I don't place developers, I work with whoever you already hired.
Do we have to meet in person for a fractional CTO to work?
No. Most of it is decisions, and those work fine on video as long as each one gets written down with the reasoning, which is what the Workroom is for. If you are in Miami or South Florida and a whiteboard would help, we meet.
